Humphrey ProControl™ PC30 proportional valve provides excellent value and versatility, and superior flow and pressure control of inert gases. Utilizing a frictionless, flat-spring armature, ProControl™ valves achieve excellent variable flow characteristics and long life in a simple, compact construction. The PC30 offers flows up to 225 SLPM from standard orifice sizes from 0.156" to 0.250" diameter. Available in 12 and 24 vdc (5.8 watt), the PC30 exhibits a response time of 5-8 msec and 10% hysteresis.
