CSV Pneumatic Solenoid Valves

New CSV Pneumatic Solenoid Valves are miniature 10mm and 12mm width cartridge types, developed around the needs of medical devices and applications where high value from confined spaces is critical.

Multi-purpose, CSV is ready for integration into sub-bases or manifolds. Suitable for 2- or 3-way, normally closed or open functions, or as a diverter or selector. 12 and 24 VDC voltages are standard. Made in the USA. RoHS and REACH compliant.

ProControl^™ Valve Series

Our new ProControl^™ Valve Series provides variable output flow proportional to the amount of current applied to its solenoid.

New miniature PV3 has improved flow and reduced hysteresis and ideal for precise control to 30 liters per minute flow, while the small PV10 controls up to 75 liters per minute. Mid-size PC30 controls up to 300 liters per minute.

Consider our Balanced Servoid for very high flow and world-class repeatability and turn down ratios. It’s an ideal choice for many types of compressible media.

PCD ProControl^™ Driver

For use with the ProControl^™ Valves, we have introduced the PCD ProControl^™ Driver, which produces appropriate constant current control, or PWM, to effectively drive any ProControl^™ proportional valve.

Receives signals from a variety of data acquisition sources (ie PLCs, IoT, closed-loop sensors, etc).

The PCD is unlike any of its competitors in that it is 100% programmable with fine setting control, no pots or switches to set. Capable of use with any proportional valve specified 1 amp or less using its “custom” setting.

iDP Solenoid Valve Series

The Humphrey iDP Solenoid Valve Series is specifically designed for control of difficult media, such as blood, cleaning reagents and aggressive fluids.

Constructed of materials suitable for bodily fluids, aggressive chemicals & cleaners and elevated liquid temperatures, the iDP is perfect for the life sciences on equipment such as analytical instruments, device reprocessing, and kidney dialysis.

FFKM elastomer seals are available on iDP 350/351 and 370/371 models

MiDP S390 Series controls aggressive media proportionally.

Balanced Solenoid Valves

Our Balanced Solenoid Valves Family has expanded to include both 3-port and 4-port models in 15mm, 19mm, and 25mm sizes as well as IP67 rated, environmentally protected models.

All current valve styles are developed for maximum utility. Each solenoid valve meets a variety of functions with its multi-purpose classification.

The Balanced Solenoid Valve Family boasts excellent flow over a full presssure spectrum while fitting into tight spaces.
