Humphrey ProControl™ Servoid Series Balanced proportional valve provides superior pressure and flow control performance of inert gases. Utilizing a frictionless, flat-spring armature cartridge, ProControl™ Servoid achieves excellent characteristics and long life in a simple, compact construction. Balanced Servoid offers a flow rate of 200 SLPM at 11 psi. Options of 0-500, 0-600 and 0-1000 mA. Expect outstanding performance of 10% max Hysteresis and leakage of 10 mLpm. All Servoids feature hard metallic seats for excellent flow lift-off repeatability and accuracy.
