NEW Micro 3-port Solenoid Valve 005 Series from Koganei, measures 5.9mm (0.232 in) wide, making it the world's smallest and is the ideal choice for device and equipment miniaturization. The 005 Series is ultra compact and low mass weighing 4.5 g (0.159 oz) and can be mounted, as standard, in two orientations to match your piping direction. Adding and subtracting valves to a uniquely designed, split manifold is easy. Integral barbed ports make installation quick and efficient.
The PC10 is the High Flow version of our previously released PC3 Miniature Proportional Valve from the ProControl series. The PC10 is a 10-32 threaded, 2-port proportional valve capable of 0-65 LPM flow at 5.2 watt maximum power consumption. It is available as inline or manifold mount, with control voltage options of 0-10V or 0-20V, and has option picks for maximum pressure ratings up to 100 PSIG and orifice sizes to 0.090" to best suit your application and flow requirements. Additionally, the PC10 has the same mounting footprint as the PC3.
The PC10 High Flow Mini Proportional Valve, like any from the ProControl series is ideal for many types of compressible media including vacuum. With its selectable or dynamic control of media flow, it can be applied to a multitude of market segments such as medical and analytical, testing and instrumentation, as well as factory and process automation. All of the products in the ProControl series are RoHS and REACH compliant.
The Balanced Solenoid Valve Series is an universal balanced design valve, offering several benefits:
MULTI-PURPOSE. The Series is versatile with its many functions: Normally Closed or Normally Open; 2- or 3-way; Diverter or Selector; pressure range of vacuum to 125 PSIG.
MULTI-MEDIA. The Series’ balanced poppet design performs whether the media is air or inert gases, clean, dry, lubricated, or contains some airline impurities.
RELIABLE SHIFT, TIGHT SEAL. Internal forces generated by the pressurized media are neutralized. The shifting forces of the coil and return spring are optimized and need only seal the poppet to our tight leakage specifications.
HIGH FLOW CAPACITY. Internal flow path management has been maximized. Coupled with the balanced design and an optimized solenoid magnetic circuit, significantly greater flow, within a reduced overall size, has been achieved.
EASE of USE. All electric and pneumatic connections are on opposing surfaces, minimizing total space occupied, and simplifying mounting and connections during installation.
