Super Quick Exhaust Valves feature a special molded shuttle designed especially for quick exhaust valve service, resulting in superior performance. The Humphrey Quick Exhaust also solves a common lubrication problem when using small bore cylinders: The small displacement of air per cycle results in poor lubrication. The unique design of the Quick Exhaust stops lubricant back-flow through the control valve on the exhaust cycle, allowing progressive oil flow to the cylinder.

The shuttle's full-formed seating surface provides long cycle life and Humphrey's shuttle design eliminates the need for flow restricting metal body webbing. The valves are available in a range of port sizes from #10-32 to 3/4-inch, and can operate at speeds up to 600 CPM, have a pressure range to 150 psig, and a working temperature range from -25 degrees to more than 180 degrees F.
