New from Humphrey, the iDP Series of inert Diaphragm Poppet valves contain features ideal for hazardous liquid applications. iDP valves are constructed with material suitable for bodily fluids, aggressive chemicals & cleaning fluids and elevated liquid temperatures. The engineered diaphragm feature isolates the liquid media from the solenoid element ensuring long life and sustained performance.
Humphrey iDP valves are INERT to these hazardous conditions, unaffected by hostile liquids and gases, and elevated temperatures.
The small, two-way, 300 Series iDP is comprised of a PEEK body material, and either Viton®GF or EPDM diaphragm, configured into an inline and manifold mount.
The high flow, two way, 350 Series iDP is comprised of either Radel® or Ultem® body material, and Viton®GF or EPDM diaphragm.
Expanding the ProControl family to go a step beyond single valves, Humphrey adds the ProControl pressure regulator series of products. These electronic pressure regulators provide outstanding performance, versatility and value. Designed for low volume flow rates (PCRL) or high volume flow rates (PCRH), ProControl regulators precisely sustain outlet pressure, even during dynamic changes in downstream flow rates.
ProControl Series Regulators provide closed-loop proportional pressure control by incorporating a unique, dual proportional valve design. This achieves superior pressure regulation control, including:
Very quiet operation. Ideal for any work environment, particularly medical and laboratory applications.
Long service life compared to competitive models using ON/OFF valves for supply and/or venting control.
Greater responsiveness and stability at dynamic inlet and outlet pressure applications.
Typical applications include:
Direct control of pressurized air and inert gases (consult factory for special gases and liquids)
The PC30 has exceptional maximum flow, 300LPM at 5.8 watts, and in a compact, 1/8 PIPE, 2-port, valve body. The smaller PC10 valve is a 10-32 threaded, 2-port proportional valve capable of 0-65 LPM flow at 5.8 watt maximum power consumption. The miniature PC3 rounds out the offering at 24 LPM flow at 2.3 maximum power consumption. All are available as inline or manifold mount configurations, with control voltage options of 0-10V or 0-20V, and option picks for maximum pressure ratings and orifice sizes to best suit your application and flow requirements.
All ProControl Proportional Valves are ideal for many types of compressible media including vacuum. With their selectable or dynamic control of media flow, they can be applied to a multitude of market segments such as medical and analytical, testing and instrumentation, as well as factory and process automation. All of the products in the ProControl series are RoHS and REACH compliant.
